Video: Bill Gates Last Day CES Clip

Good Morning - Its suits all over the place..

The passe business model: Colonization, grab raw goods at a locked in price and produce goods at affordable prices to the mother country economy (Exception, George Bush.. Hes trying anyway..). In the internet world, the road to fame and success consists of grab the source code, if possible the entire design and muscle your way up the business world. Come on, did you really think that ideas change over the years. So all you ethical web 2.0 businesses out there.. Now you know, what you did wrong! Dang! if only you thought up of this scheme.. Drat.. Now you have to rely on traffic and adsense (Google again?) Why yell now? You are a follower anyways..
I remember back in June 2007, it was Mark Zuckerberg’s face all over the media. Of course, I was thinking it was an IPO kind of pitch.. But no, he was not selling, he was launching facebook in a big way.. Then Facebook got sued. Now its Google’s turn. North Western University is suing Google, over a patent infringement.. Looks like revenge is a dish best served cold. Is it worth the 10 year old wait? Heck YES! 10 years ago, they wouldnt have been able to fleece out a nickel..

The google suit quick view:
“This particular patent has to do with the fundamental database architecture, which they use to serve up every single result they serve to you,” said Michael Belanger, president of Jarg Corp. in Waltham.

The facebook suit quick view:
The lawsuit, filed by brothers Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss, and Divya Narendra, accuses Zuckerberg, Facebook’s 23-year-old C.E.O, of stealing the source code, design, and business plan for Facebook in 2003 when he briefly worked in the Harvard dorms as a programmer for their own fledgling social-networking site, now known as ConnectU.
